I'm probably more disappointed in myself for this than all the other times I didn't do enough/better, because I was so. freaking. excited. about the kitteny rock-n-roll visuals, and n_t_m was insanely cool to work with and totally chill about my madness—it shoulda coulda woulda been the most beautiful thing. *shakes fist at life and the passage of time and stuff*

What's he's not used to are his newest visions starring international tech guru Jared Padalecki. And he's certainly not used to being shot at, cooped up in a cabin alone with the guy, or returning to a forgotten past that may bring him love in the future. All three happen over the course of one week that drudges up the truth behind his visions and offers a second chance to save Jared.

My ramblings: WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THE PINCH-HITTING SUPERHERO THAT IS DUGINDEEP? ♥♥♥ *flails around dangerously* I can't thank her enough for not only working so hard and writing so much under a tighter deadline, but for spoiling me absolutely rotten with this fic. FAMOUS GENIUS JARED + GRUMPY PSYCHIC JENSEN! \o/ <33333! JEN!SEN! WITH! A! CANE! *dies* If fandom keeps spoiling me like this, I'mma be impossible. More impossible than I already am, I mean. I wish I wish I wish I'd been able to manage more in addition to the original prompt than slapping together a bunch of shapes and gradients in Inkscape. *kicks self lots and lots*

My ramblings: What was I even doing signing up for Quicky Bang??? I am not quick. But I saw this story up for grabs and couldn't resist. COULD NOT DO IT. Not only because of who it was by, and you just know that's gonna be good, but because it was adorable and sticky sweet and I knew working on it would make me happy when skies were gray. And it did! It also made me hungry, oh man. So many sweets were consumed in the making of this art set & I regret nothing.

A million thank yous to cleflink for her patience and for offering up such a fantastic story. And for the sugar high. YUM. Thanks also to beelikej for her encouragement and patience with my little turtle-scoot to the finish line. <3

My ramblings: So many thanks to my author, who has been super lovely to work with. She probably deserves a parade after getting stuck with flaky old me for her first ever challenge. *throws a marching band at her* As usual, there was supposed to be more art to go with the creepy deliciousness that is this fic. BUT ALAS. Time and I do not get along. The story will make up for my shortcomings, tho, so definitely go check that out.

My ramblings: *runs around in circles* YAAAAAY, IT'S HERE! The fic is here! It's spectacularrr! There was so much in it that I reeeally wanted to art, but unfortunately life threw probably every obstacle ever at me this BB season (THE NERVE) and I didn't get nearly enough done. My author was so understanding and fabulous about all of it, though, that I have trouble believing she's a real person that exists and not some magnificent thing I imagined. Thank you, J, for being so patient and enthusiastic and all-around fun. I hope we have a chance to work together again, and that next time I won't be the worst flake in the world. <333! My ramblings: Ahhh, I think I took my BB neurosis to new heights this year. RL ate up my time, and I didn't get to do all the art I had planned for WT's amazing story (like, you know, actual scenes) which is TRAGIC. Because not only is the story awesome, WT herself is so awesome that I want to give her presents all year round. SHE WROTE J2 SHOWERING IN ZERO G FOR ME AND I FAAAILED SO HARD. THERE IS NO PUNISHMENT PUNISHING ENOUGH.

Long story a little less long: She put so much work into this thing and I'm over here being all unworthy and terrible. Don't let my terrible-ness fool you, tho, the fic is FANTASTIC and deserving of SO MUCH MORE. Read it, read it, read it, go now!
