A magical baseball love story, based on the 1989 movie A Field of Dreams.

My ramblings: I LOVED WORKING ON THIS SO MUCH. Maybe too much, since I went through 3 different versions of cover concepts before finally being like OKAY. And then I ran out of time to do anything else. /o\ Though I'm not big on sports of any kind, Field of Dreams was one of my dad's favorite movies and I have such nostalgia over it--I'm sure plenty of ppl are right there with me. Add working with Dei to the mix, with her delightfully delicious writing, and I think I kinda tripped all over myself in my excitement. She knocked this fic so far out of the park, y'all! GO SEE.

Oh you amazing, amazing girl!! It's my pleasure to tell you again (and again!! AND AGAIN!!!) how perfect this art is and how happy it makes me. If only you could have heard my shriek of delight when I opened up the email with the banner image in it. Or perhaps you did hear it all the way from here... IT WAS JUST THAT LOUD!! :D

The two of them lying together so comfortably, Jensen's hands so carefully cupping Jared's arms, Jared's hand so tender against Jensen's neck. It's just exactly how they are. And the greens and blues and tans are all perfectly evocative of the feel of the story: earthy and homey and magical. ♥__♥

And as if that weren't enough you made me all the cute little dividers and buttons and ICONS OMG YAY! I still haven't sat down to code everything in, but I'm saving that for a moment today when I really need a pick-me-up, because just looking at your art is the best mood enhancer in the world.

Just finished reading the story and seeing your amazing artwork through it made it even more special.

Oh, YOU. You have truly outdone yourself. This art set fits the story so perfectly. It just captures the baseball-y Americana feel of the fic, even the color palette suggest that All-American roadtrip across dust roads and cornfields. And then the main peace is so beautiful, I love the intimacy and comfort in their effortless touches, I can just imagine them spending days and days out there tangled together like that on their field after the story ends.
