My ramblings: Thanks to my lovely author for providing the best inspiration and for being patient with me. I know there should be more dragons for this b/c brokenhighways put so many cool ones in the story, but alas, RL and the stupid crashing GIMP were plotting against me. Buuut the fic is super cute and fun so make sure to check that out. You'll definitely get your dragon fix there. :D

My 2nd and last entry for SPN RBB this year. A million and fifty thanks to reggie11 for writing such a cool, imaginative and happy-making fic despite all the obstacles life has seemed intent on throwing at her. She worked so so hard to finish this thing, and to have it turn out so beautifully after all she had to deal with is super amazing to me. There are no words for how much you rock, my dear. I wish I'd had time to give you all the art in the world because your story is packed with such fun and inspiring imagery! Maybe next time. ;)

In the spirit of trying to kick my muse in the butt, I went through my WIP folder to organize and clean stuff out, and found a whole bunch of fic-type miscellany that I will probably never get around to expanding on/finishing. Packrat that I am, actually pushing the delete button has proven painful, so I've decided some of them might work all right as standalone ficlets. For the sake of not spamming my f-list I'll just do a couple at a time.

My ramblings: Whee! This story has a certain vibe to it that I really really love, and SO MANY elements that I absolutely adore. I'd try to explain but my brain is currently cooking with fever and I don't want to spoil anything. Just go read it. It's positively awesome! I wish I could've managed more art, and I ALMOST did, but said fever and illness got the better of me before I reached the finish line. I'll get it done, though! Because I already started it. It'll just have to be late.
